Confession: I brushed and flossed my teeth right before bed.....and then I ate some chocolate. Why does this make me feel guilty?

Dove chocolate wrappers said:
1) Do not look back and ask, why. Look forward and ask, why not.
2) Take time out for a catnap.
3) Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can.
4) Smile. Its contagious.

the second one sounds good....
